Hi I am returning to work shortly after maternity leave I have two little girls one aged 2 and the other 9 months. They will be in crèche full time but what I need is back up if they get sick and need someone to mind in own home. Both myself and my husband work full time office hours. Also we require a childminder for one or two weekend nights in the month. I look forward to any replies. Obviously am aware that it will be little notice if child is sick. But hoping as the night time babysitting will be a regular job that the children will be comfortable with you when required at short notice. Looking forward to replies
