Hi need some help/guidance, I have four kids all school going and want to know how much to pay for the kids to be minded one hour in the morning and after school, in kids own house, using our car for collections etc and minimal house work - not really house work just keeping it alright, until around 6 in the evening four days a week.

Please advise would like to be fair in all this understand not a job for everyone.....

Id say €10-12 per hour
