I mind one child full time and get paid 45euro per day. When the child starts primary school in September how much reduction would I be expected to give?

You should find out what’s expected from you as will you be on call Incase of child is I’ll or needs collecting early from school due to illness or hurt etc. If so you shouldn’t change price , otherwise if your time is your own then maybe €45 down to €30 a day as you have to do school run and also children get many days / half days so maybe come to an agreement that suits both
