Childminding cost 20/01/2022 22:06 - ----------------------------------- Hi all hoping someone could help me. we have a wonderful childminder/nanny that comes into our house to mind our children, we are now in at the stage the money talk needs to happen again as we have a new baby which arrived end last year, so that´s 4 in total. so she currently work 8.20 to 5 for us Monday to Friday 5 and 6 year old in school, 2 year old at home with her and new baby in about 2months will be with her!! can anyone give advice on what we should now pay her, she currently gets €440 take home a week. we were thinking off offering her 520 take home. any advice would be greatful

No point in anyone else advising you if your minder isn’t consulted. An extra €80 to mind a baby for nearly 46 hours sounds very low to me but your minder might be happy with it.
