Hi all hoping someone could help me.
we have a wonderful childminder/nanny that comes into our house to mind our children, we are now in at the stage the money talk needs to happen again as we have a new baby which arrived end last year, so that´s 4 in total. so she currently work 8.20 to 5 for us Monday to Friday 5 and 6 year old in school, 2 year old at home with her and new baby in about 2months will be with her!! can anyone give advice on what we should now pay her, she currently gets €440 take home a week. we were thinking off offering her 520 take home.
any advice would be greatful

Have you asked your childminder how much she expects to be paid? No point in anyone else advising you if your minder isn’t consulted.
An extra €80 to mind a baby for nearly 46 hours sounds very low to me but your minder might be happy with it.
