My research focuses on ways to disseminate health information to children. In recent months I distributed questionnaires to both primary and post primary teachers in Ireland, unfortunately the response rate was quite low. I have now developed an online questionnaire, which takes approx 5 mins to complete. I would be grateful if you would take the time to complete it.
