I am a SNA in at second level in a community school non union member and do not know any other people working in the job. I am very confused about my hours now with the CP agreement dead in the water, I am in my post six years and have never been asked to work the month of June with the exception of last year and the CP agreement and the 72 hours now it seems my principal is asking me to work this month even though all sen students will not be in the school does anyone know what other SNA´s are doing I have been told that all community schools in the country ask this of their SNA´S and duties vary from school up keep to ground work surely this is not correct practice Thanks in advance!!
