hi i work 2 days aweek and and have asked a secondary student yr old to mind my 2 children aged 5 and 8. for the summer i want to give a fair rate . it will be in childrens home, i will provide meals .

Need some advice:

I am a primary school teacher who requires a childminder for my almost one year old during term time - from about 7.30 each morning to 4.30 each evening, Monday to Friday. Just wondered as to what current childminding rate might be - ideally my baby would be looked after in childminders own home with me providing food etc. Also would i be expected to pay something over hols as i intend to be at home with baby myself during summer months and other holiday times.
