I am looking to have my 5 month old minded. it would be full time 4 days a week, prob from 8-6/6.30. some days my husband could be home as early as 3 or 4 but some weeks would be full weeks. Ideally I am looking for someone who is flexable, i would also love someone to mind in my own home but dont think i could afford to pay min wage. Also im hoping the woman would just be taking on my baby and not be minding others.Or should i go with un pair? if anyone has feed back to watch i should be paying or advice for me that would be great. thanks
