hi all,,newbie to this,,,im just a average mum,who had a fight on her hands a number of yrs ago with a mainstream school to get my son what he needed and deserved but now ,as my sons primary edu, comes to a end,im gathering all my energy and info,to sort secondary school out,,if i get it wrong,my son will be lost,and im not looking forward to it at all,,i wish he could stay where he is till he is 18 ,so i would aprecitate any advice parents can give me,,also i would like to become involved with any group out there trying to takle the schoolbag weight issue,,it wont be untill somebody takes the board of education to the steps of a court hse for back damage will something be done about it
