Hi, I would be very grateful for some advice please, I mind a 12 month old boy(paid 190 euro for 48 hrs a week) whom is developmentally delayed,as Ive experience I do OT etc with her, when I statred minding I agreed to 4 weeks unpaid leave a year but now the parents are taking 12 weeks off per year broken up and dont want to pay me.I would have asked for more per hour had I known there would be all this extra work involved with this child. Im not good at this so any advice on how to approach it with them would be grately appreciated.Thanks in advance for any advice
