Promoting the participation of children and young people in inspection.

The Department of Education prioritises the inclusion of children and young people’s views in policy making and development.

As part of this ethos, the Department’s Inspectorate carries out a range of actions to ensure that children and young people’s views are elicited and taken account of during the inspection process.

This information webinar outlines for educators and others the Inspectorate’s overall approach to promoting the participation of children and young people in inspection.
