February Mid-Term Break 2013
The February Mid-Term break will be upon us before we know it. This break differs from others throughout the school year as Primary Schools have some discretion as to whether they close for 3 days or the full week so you need to check with your own school as to their closing arrangements. Be aware that changes to these dates may occur as part of contingency arrangements to make up for lost school time - Read more The Department of Education sets out the February Mid-Term as follows:
Post-Primary schools will close from 11th to 15th February 2013 inclusive.
Primary schools will close 14th & 15th February 2013 inclusive. Primary schools may use 3 discretionary days to extend this break to an alternative option of a 5 day break (11th - 15th).

Engineers Week 2013 takes place the last week of February. This fun-packed programme, brimming with a variety of FREE interactive events and activities, will take place from 25th of February – 3rd March inclusive.
