Have a howl of a Hallowe’en in 2016 at Westport House’s annual Hallowe’en Fest . You and your little monsters will have a hauntingly good time as you experience the thrills ‘n’ chills of the Pirate Adventure Park – you will board the eerie Westport House Express train ride, get into high ‘spirits’ on the swinging ship and the pedal Go Karts and take the plunge to death on the log flume water ride. The 18th century historic house will be transformed into a (not too) scary haunted house - suitable for little ones - tons of workshops and a selection of rides available.

We have a great line up of ghost tours for the brave and bold. The Children’s Ghost Tour is a daytime candle-lit tour led by the castle’s resident friendly wizardess. Children take a magical journey through the spooky 300 year old castle and the old church yard, casting spells to ward away the evil ghosts and gremlins. Suitable for toddlers to young teens. Let us terrify your teens with the Teen Twilight Tour at dusk; the castle residents take you on a tour in the half light of the castle’s most haunted rooms, creaky corridors and ancient graveyard. This tour is best suited for 10-15 year olds. The Ghost Tour is a night time, candle-lit tour led by the castle residents through the most haunted areas of the 300 year old castle and the 11th century churchyard. The Ghost Tour is not for those under the age of 15.
