Terms & Conditions

1. By submitting a completed survey form, all entrants will automatically be entered for the Survey Draw.

2. The entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these competition rules and to be bound by them. These rules shall be deemed to include any instructions set out on the competition webpages on www.schooldays.ie

3. To enter the competition each entrant must complete the on-line entry form or return the postal form forwarded to the school.

4. To be eligible to enter the competition entrants must be over 18 years of age.

5. Only one entry allowed per school.

6. The closing date and prize details are outlined on the competition webpages.

7. The prize of €1,000 will be provided by CarambolaKidz

8. No alternative prize will be offered.

9. The winner will be selected at random and will be notified by phone/email after the competition expiry date.

10. Entrants to the competition consent to the disclosure of their name as a winner.

11. Schooldays.ie reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the competition or alter the specification of the competition without prior notice should that specified be unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

12. Schooldays.ie may not be held liable for any technical problems arising in relation to its competitions and does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, misplaced or damaged.
