We would like to thank the school for the permission to use the hall which is enabling us to provide table tennis to our children in Bridgetown.

We would like also to thank Kevin Wallace our supporting Photographer from Clonlara, who has taken a group shot of the team - excluding the children where the parents opt out pictures being taken - as well as Caroline Moloney and Nuala Finnin for their great help and support on the day. Special thanks also to Anne Fennessy helping us to get a 2nd Table Tennis Table organized in time

In order to ensure a smooth and good coaching as well as a safe training environment we will have to split the group into two teams.  

We will have

• Team1 18 Children

  Tuesday:15:00 - 16:00

• Team 2 -  15 Children

  Tuesday: 16:00 - 17:00

 Please bring and pick your child up in time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this change might bring to you and hope that you will take the additional effort and still continue to support the table tennis team.

Your child needs to be brought to and picked up from the hall.

Current Status of the Table Tennis Team Equipment we have

• 2 Table Tennis Tables in the school hall (1 new/1 used)
• 31 Table Tennis Rackets
• 34 Table Tennis Balls

Future enhancement/ Next Steps:

• A Table Tennis Newsletter will be initiated in the near future.
• The Team Photo will be posted into facebook, the newsletter and a print for the school.
• Bronze, Silver and Gold Certificates tests will be planned and initiated.
• Table Tennis Competitions over the year will be planed and announced.
• Get a Table Tennis Net for the used Table Tennis Table
• Nominate Captains for the teams

As you know by yourself there is always room for improvement. So, please help us to improve the An Droichead Table Tennis Team environment for our children with your feedback, advisory, useful contacts or ideas.
