Emmanuel 09 - Celebrating Liturgical Music in our Schools The Helix 03/11/2009 | The Dublin Diocesan Commission for Sacred Music presents Emmanuel 09. Emmanuel is a project of the Dublin Diocesan Commission for Sacred Music and promotes the use of Sacred Music in Secondary Schools. Over 40 Schools and their choirs will participate in a spectacular evening of music from this programme.
