Hi Families,
I have been working as a childminder in my own home for the past 11 months. Previous to this I was a supervisor and Montessori teacher in a creche for seven years. I currently have space for one more child in my home (full or part-time) alongside my own friendly and playful five-year-old son and two wonderful little boys.
I love minding children in my own home, as it gives all the children a chance to socialise and develop their skills in a homely environment. My home has a large, child-friendly back garden and a playroom to accommodate messy play/free play/reading/age-appropriate activities etc.
