I need a childminder (from end of September) from 4pm to 8pm three to four evenings a week with some cover ideally during school holidays and some flexiblity to cover days off due to illness. I would like the childminder to mind the children in our home. It would be great if the candidate had their own car as there are some drop offs and collections , but not essential. We have had the same childminder for years now but she is leaving to start a new career. We are keen that our kids are well taken care of and we pay above market rates.
