Part time childminder

Hi ,
I am going back to work this September part time . So I am looking for childminding service for my three girls ( 10, 9 and one year old in this September). It’s mainly minding the baby during the day while the girls are at school in the morning then the minder pick the girls up from school( at stillorgan )at 2:30/3:30 pm, depends on afterschool activity, then mind them all together until 6 pm , your place or mine I don’t mind . The older girls are independent and they do homework afterschool with minimum supervision .
I am open to discussion, either babysitting during the day or afterschool care or any possible care options. Hope to hear from you thanks
