Hi there
I don´t have direct experience of the mini-companys except to have seen some of the great ideas students came up with when they exhibited their ideas at a conference I attended.
However, I do know that schools participating in the mini-business projects are issued with a manual about running the programme which might answer some of your questions. It can be downloaded from

Has anyone had experience of the mini company element of TY and what is allowed or not allowed to be done in schools? Who ultimately decides?
