At the moment I am minding a 2 year old from 8am to 5.30pm 5 days a week in my home and get paid 120 euros his mum has just had another baby and has asked me to mind both children from september how much should I charge for the two children.I don´t get paid for holidays but I do get paid for bank holidays.Would be grateful for any advice.Thank you

hi just like to say first off you have been charging way too little for those hours. that works out at only 24e per day way too little you should have been charging at least 35e and should expect at least 50e per day for 2 dont be afraid to ask for what you are worth its not an easy job taking care of kids its a big responsibility

I think you are charging way too little for those hours. The average is 40euro per day. For 2 children 250e is about the going rate. Definitely sit down and discuss this with the mother.
