Five Face Paint Ideas

For Kids and Teens this Halloween

Face paint is a great way to create a Halloween look out of nothing or to really make your child's costume pop. However, some parents may be hesitant to try face painting their child in case it goes horribly wrong and they're left with an upset child. Some parents may simply not have the time, but you're looking to paint your child's face this Halloween, check out these easy face painting video tutorials for some great ideas to make this Halloween a success!

1) Sugar Skull

This look is ideal for young teens to do on Halloween as it has been so popular the last few years. With such an elaborate style, you really do not need a costume to complete the look, in fact, it will look even more sinister when paired with casual clothes!

2) Frozen Fever Facepaint

For those still enchanted by snowflakes and ice, try this Frozen inspired look. This idea is perfect if you find that all the Elsa costumes are sold out this year, just add a blue dress for an instant Frozen Halloween costume. Sing along with the songs for fun!

3) Skull Face Paint

You may get a fright for different reasons when your child asks you to face paint a skull this Halloween! It isn't the easiest on this list but it works so well for Halloween and looks amazing. This tutorial is quite easy to follow too.

4) Tiger Tutorial

If you are going for an animal or jungle theme this year, or your child just loves Big Cats, then check out this tiger face paint tutorial. It's actually easier than it looks and will transform your child into a fearsome beast this Halloween!

5) Zombie

Zombie facepaint is so dynamic! Your child can go as a zombie doctor, a zombie student or really anything you can think of, just with a zombie twist! Check out the video for an easy tutorial. (Warning! The kid is super cute!)
